Description
This is a beautiful thin finger crack on the north face of the Steeple. Steep, technical and sustained, this one is guaranteed to keep your attention from start to finish.
Begin with splitter fingers to a taxing hand jam. Punch it up sustained fingers/tips that eventually turns to technical face climbing. Slow your roll and suss out the runout face moves (5.10a) to the anchor. There is about 15' of "no-fall" climbing at the top of this pitch.
Location
This route is about 25' east (left) of the second pitch corner of the Regular Route. From the bolted belay at the base of the RR corner move left, up a short, easy crack to a comfy ledge with a bush.
Protection
Thin to 1.5". Micro wires and cams.
