[Edit]This is a splitter offwidth crack (stacking knowledge recommended!) boulder problem.
It's about 20ft tall and spits you out on the sidewalk...so bring a spotter/some balls.
Because it's on Wisconsin Ave, I would recommend the wee hours to avoid potential problems with the authorities.
