Description
[Edit]This small bouldering area has several nice schist boulders located below a small cliff. The cliff might be good for some beginer top roping 5.2-5.7 and offers some unique hueco features but requires some cleaning. At the base of the cliff is a large HB boulder we call the Tallon. Directly to its right is another set of problems with okay landings.
Further down the hill at the bottom of the slope is another two cluster of boulders. There are a quite a few lines, both difficult and easy, on these boulders. Mostly good landings with some poison ivy in the area. Buggy in the spring. I named the place after the large quantity of tree tops which had fallen on top of the boulders. The massive trees have been since chainsawed and cleared away from the problems (Jan. 2012).
(If some elder folks know of this area and a have different name please PM me.)
