2. Deutschlander Wall
Description
[Edit]This small, black and tan streaked wall is home to some of the hardest climbing to be had in the park. It is vertical to slightly over hanging and checks in at about 40 feet on a good day. The climbing is powerful and technical on small edges with dynamic moves aplenty. There are a handful of routes and some hard bouldering opps tucked in below the base.
There are a couple options for easier top ropes on the left/middle side of the wall, while the hard lines are on the right.
This is a beautiful little area to spend a day. The summer months, of course, will be a lot noiser than those of fall. If you are bouldering well there are some very difficult problems to clean up a bit and do. Though the routes themselves feel like long boulder problems.
