Crawford Cliff
Description
[Edit]Crawford Cliff is a steep HIGH quality granite slab. It's about 80' high, 40' wide and pitched about 75 degrees. Presently there are two trad/bolt lines and one sport route. There is also a smaller slab 75' to climbers right that has a fun sport route. The climbs are named after the Crawford family, who were some of the earliest settlers to this area.
There is a 2 bolt rap anchor at the top of the cliff that is shared for the 3 climbs on the face. Use this rap to cut down erosion on the climbers path. It is 8' back from the top out so bring something to extend the anchor if you want to top rope the climbs. You will need a directional for top roping Ethan Allen. The climb on the shorter face climber's right has a 2 bolt anchor and is also easily top-roped.
Lucy 63 and Abel 62 dry very quickly. There are several pools by the trail to help you cool off on a hot day.
