Boulder up the middle of the short overhang to a good slot. Fire the seams to the juggy horizontal midway up the cliff (staying right of the arete) and continue up the easy hand crack to the top.

Just right of the arete on the right side of the cliff.

Very easy to set up a TR. If you're going to lead it, gear beta can be tricky to avoid mucking up the holds. Consider bringing a crash pad for the boulder problem off the deck.
