Sit start with a pair of incut edges/pockets. From there, gain the big hueco, negotiate the undercling, use an edge, then the lip, and walk onto the ramp.

It climbs the north section of Cuchesta's west face.

A pad or two will work fine. The start of the problem has a rock directly behind it, but it doesn't really play a factor with the climb.
