Thoughtful and fun moves the whole way, with a variety of interesting rock structures.

Start up just left of small tree onto big ledge. . . (Variation 5.9+ : start on R side of arete). Next step right to the arete, then up on that to a gentle spot. Next diagonal up left to another gentle spot. . . Variation 5.8 fun: Instead go up right through overhang with notch, then back left to rejoin main route.

Up to left side of jaggy flake, follow that to the top.

warning: The rock on and around this route has not been climbed much yet, and much of the rock is still breakable and loose -- so the belayer and other people should stand far away from underneath the climber - (and if possible, behind a large tree).

. . . (Lots of vegetation on this rock as of 2016. Be prepared when climbing to navigate around protruding trees and branches, and dealing with holds slippery with grass, lichen, moss, dirt).

6 feet left of arete in center (lowest point) of main (SW) side of sector, with a 2.5ft-deep dihedral / open book just above, and a substantial pine tree about 30 feet above.
