Gipple

Sit start with a left hand shallow pocket and a right hand sidepull. From there, pull up using the good right hand feature, bump the left up to an edge, match on it, reach the lip, and mantle atop.

It climbs the east section of Junior Mint's north face.

A pair of pads or pad will work fine. The landing has a rock next to it, but it doesn't play a factor.
