Start from a choice of good hand holds about chest height in the center of the boulder, make a big move to the obvious shelf and work your way up.

This is on the Uphill Nature boulder, directly uphill from the Nature Nazi boulder. As you're coming up from the Nature Nazis you'll see the boulder and the problem right in front of you.
