when looking at the boulder from the trail, the sit start is right between the 3 trees, follow the holds up and to the left onto the mossy face and top out. 

walk down Indian brook trail (rightwards if you are looking at the pond) from the upper parking lot. About 2-3 minutes down there will be a big boulder 20 feet off the right of the trail.
