Forces of Pfurry

Mark Ronca named this route after his first ascent partner on it, David Pfurr. David took one of the Allamuchy pics of the ‘Lead Wall’ in this book. Same start as ‘Zombie’.

Pitch 1: Follow the previous routes ramp up to a horizontal crack on a left-facing wall. Traverse out on the crack right and then around an arete. Climb up the face then work right and belay from there.

Pitch 2: Exit up and climb the arete and out onto the crux roof. Continue up and into the dihedral to the top.
