Description

Aka "Alex's Bulge". SDS with your feet in the crack, hands on the lip. Make your way up to a jug and rock on. Tougher than it looks, you'll earn your single point here. FA was in the dark!

Here's Alex running a lap a long time ago:

There is a really cool traverse on the same face as

Pamela (5.6R)

that could be classified as being in the same area as these lines. Start as for Pamela and head right until you can't anymore (the climbing continues through the tree). Gets a little highball and is very fun. Try starting further and further left. Can you 'round the corner? FA Alex Ostrovsky.

Location

After warming up at the Mystery Boulders head up the trail from Hangout Traverse to catch the Powerline Trail. Walk this until it flattens out and you see a boulder on your right side with a 24 painted on it. Walk around the corner of this boulder. The 24 boulder itself has fun warmup problems scattered on it's small face. Would be good for kids. Just under the powerlines is the somewhat hidden trail to the Irish Boulders and 24 Arete

Other Info:

This used to be the site of the "old" parking lot before the electrocution death of a local on the towers shut down access in the early years of roped-climbing development. Please keep your anti-gravity efforts on the boulders.
