Description

Muscle and Fitness is a classic. It the right side of an arch, overlooking a beautiful valley where the Middle Crow Creek meanders. The other side of the arch is ‘Things To Do In Denver When Your Dead’.

Hard for the grade, it's a total body workout! Top out by going by either the small flared hand crack or choose the bigger size where the arch meets Things To Do In Denver When Your Dead’.

Location

Crawl under the base of

Galactus

, and go right around the corner. You'll find a two bolted anchor on the wall. Abseil from there to the first ledge. You'll find a bolt at the start from where you belay. Cleaning the route by following is easier than cleaning by lowering.

Protection

A #2, 2x #3, 3x #4, and one #5. Take one #0.75 or a #1 if you exit climbing the small crack at the top.
