The name should be a good warning,  The lichen makes it interesting.  Doing a sit start in the little gap at the bottom will give you a few extra feet of climbing.  More options slightly right till you hit the horizontal crack  and smooth sailing to the shared anchors.  

Closest route to the waterfall. And just left of the scramble to the top if you want to top rope any routes on this wall.
