Description

The two bolts on this climb need replacing. As it stands, it is only safe to top-rope.

Thin slab with two bolts. The crux comes at the top.

Location

The direct line up the tall face immediately behind Couch Rock (facing away from town).

Protection

Build your own by slinging some bushes. Extend to the lip.

The bottom lead bolt, a 1/2" Rawl, is compromised and protrudes from its hole by about an inch.

The upper lead bolt, a 1/4" nightmare adorned with a rusted "SMC death hanger", is also not to be trusted.
