This problem is the yellow line on the Shade Surfer Boulder.

Sit start on a big rail, high heel. Climb Straight up.

Location

Shade Surfer Boulder

Walk Past The Lord of the Flies boulder to the Zef boulder. Once in front of the Zef boulder, scramble down to the left to a landing where the Shade Surfer boulder sits.
