Start crouched in the pit, with your right hand on a triangle pinch, and left on a low incut sidepull. Climb up and left. Move left around the arete on pretty good holds to top out high above a jumbled landing.For the sit:  Sit in the hole with an incut left sidepull, and a slopey sidepull in a seam.  Probably adds a little quality and an extra grade.
