Description

Start with a left hand at chest height on the jugs, and a right hand high (stack a pad if needed to reach). Compress to establish a left heel and slap your left hand up the arete. Pulling hard to gain a high right foot on the start hold helps you gain the top of the bulge.

Make sure to pad the bottom of the landing well, and have 1-2 spotters.

The bulge on the right side of the main boulder at the Mermaids
