Break The Knee

Description

Sit start to Bend The Knee. Start left hand on jug, right hand on sidepull about level with head, and feet out left. Bump right hand up to small edge on the arete. Throw for block just right of the left hand start hold for Bend The Knee. Right hand up to decent crimp (same as 1st move of BTK). Rest of climb goes the same way as Bend The Knee but mantle to top out instead of using the ledge to the right.
