In Through the Out Door

Description

Sit start with your right hand on the arete and your  left hand incut edge. From there, ascend the slab by compressing edges on the face, match hands on an edge, gain the jug relief before the lip, then stab the lip, and mantel atop the boulder.

Most of the difficulty here comes from whether or not you can reach past the smaller left hand edges to better holds near the boulder's downclimb. With my dimensions, these holds were not an option, but if you have a wide reach, this may require an eliminate spirit.

Location

It climbs the boulder's west facing slab, just south of the boulder's down climb.

Protection

A pair of pads, the landing is perfect.
